Stephna Residence is a family owned Business. We received our first guest in 2012 and have been in operation since. 
Through the years we have had the pleasure of meeting and hosting wonderful people from different corners of the world.
We have had the opportunity to share our way of life and at the same time learn from the same people.
 
Being islanders ourselves, we love to go fishing and kayaking. There are so many beaches to discover and explore.We also enjoy
the easy trails, as well as the more challenging trails which are to be found on the island of Mahe.

We stayed at Stephna Residence from December 2020 until June 2021. Due to COVID we couldn’t leave but that was... absolutely wonderful! We fell in love with the place. It’s on a hill with views from the pool overlooking the nearby beach and from our room with a seating area with views of the sea and the incredible greenery which is such a feature of the Seychelles. The rooms are beautiful with lovely furniture, very well equipped kitchens, king size bed and lovely bathrooms. The pool area is perfect during the day and evening for drinks and the staff will cook either barbecue or Sri Lankan food if you don’t choose to cook or go out. It’s cooler up there than down in the beach area. The gardens are exquisite and one feels centred in the tropics with the sounds of birds and turtles across the road. You can walk down the hill to the nearby beach and there are a couple of shops there. On the other side is Anse Royale with more shops and markets and a couple of restaurants. The location is great to access all the beautiful beaches nearby but a hire car is a good idea. However, there is a bus stop just outside. The staff Lucky and Dinuk were fantastic. Henry the owner attends to every detail hence why it is such a gorgeous place. We can’t recommend it highly enough and after six months there, I think our review can definitely be taken as a guarantee. For us, it was perfect.read more

Simply everything was perfect during our stay at the Stephna Residence. The host is an amazing person which took care... of us as we are his family. Cleanliness was excellent and the property is really well kept. The pool in the residence was an extra that made our stay even nicer. Henry cooked for us a few times and we have to say that were the best meals we tried in Seychelles. We would recommend Stephna residence to everyone.read more

Most beaches are within a 2 to 20 minute drive from the residence. Anse a La Mouche is a 10 minute walk away.

There are shops and restaurants available at both Anse a La Mouche and Anse Royal.

Car rental is available at Euro 35-70 per day. Taxis are available all over the island.

The airport is a 20 minute drive from the residence. The town of Anse Royal is a 5 minute drive.

You can travel by air and sea. Cat coco is a favourite and takes 1 hour to travel to Praslin. You can book both online.
